The Education, Innovation, Technology and Investment Association (EITIA) is a premier, non-profit, and strictly neutral organization officially registered in the Kingdom of Cambodia (under Ministry of Interior Prakas No. 13397). Headquartered in Phnom Penh,Cambodia. EITIA operates as a dynamic catalyst for socio-economic advancement, fostering strategic partnerships and investments free from political, racial, or religious affiliations.

EITIA’s core mission is to envisions itself as the principal coordinating partner for multifaceted investments, seamlessly integrating the vital sectors of education, technological innovation, and cultural preservation to drive sustainable national growth.
Leadership & Strategic Direction
At the helm of EITIA is the Executive Committee, led by President YIM Pouthea. The association's strategic trajectory is driven by a leadership foundation steeped in professional consultancy, university lecturing, and deep expertise in international relations and business area. This multidisciplinary approach ensures that EITIA effectively bridges the gap in advanced entrepreneurship—and practical, high-impact economic development.

This includes pioneering comprehensive initiatives such as the development of cultural hubs in Siem Reap, harmonizing Cambodia's rich heritage with modern commercial and educational frameworks.
Cross-Border Research & Collaboration: EITIA is dedicated to promoting collaborative research in culture, linguistics, macroeconomics, and international investment. A specific emphasis is placed on strengthening vital bilateral ties and collaborative projects between Cambodia, China, and other global partners.
Educational Excellence & Capacity Building: The association is committed to elevating the standards of private educational institutions through targeted training, specialized forums, and knowledge-sharing platforms. Governance & Organizational Structure

The General Assembly: Serving as the ultimate decision-making authority, the assembly convenes annually to assess strategic progress, approve financial planning, and elect key leadership.
The Executive Committee: A dedicated member body serving a 5-year term. Comprising the President, Vice Presidents, and a Head of Administration and Finance, this committee oversees all overarching strategies and day-to-day operations.
